Monday 9 AM - Functional Pilates

Functional Pilates simply means we will be working well to keep you strong, balanced and mobile! In class we weave together the power of sitting, standing and lying down movements to both lengthen and strengthen from top to bottom.

Tuesday 8 PM - Anything Goes

In this Pilates class...anything goes! Variety is the spice of life so each week we bring something different to 'the table'. Sometimes we explore strength conditioning, other times myofascial release. Regardless of the day's practice it is sure to bring lots of choice and variety to the class.

As we age, strength conditioning becomes an integral part of our postural integrity and functional capacities. This class weaves weights into our Pilates inspired strength conditioning class.

Thursday 6:45 - 7:30 AM - Strength Conditioning Pilates
