Ahhh stretching, we have all heard so much about it but do we actually do anything about it? As we age, stretching becomes a really important part of our better back toolbox. In this lesson we dig a little bit deeper to discuss the importance of stretching and just how cool the whole process is!
Your action step for this lesson is to watch the video below and pick a time each day (or at least every other day) where you can find a quiet space and stretch! Allow for 5 - 10 minutes of stretch time....and don't forget to breathe! Go gently into those stretches if you are feeling any back pain. Listen to your body's cues and find the threshold that you can work comfortably through.
