Movement is Medicine!
Long gone are the days of bed rest after an acute injury. Instead, now we begin to explore the power of movement. In the preventative approach to back care movement is an integral part of keeping your musculoskeletal system (and all other systems for that matter) healthy, fluid and mobile.
Your action step is to get intentional about how and when you are going to move. Set up a list of ways that you can weave movement into this week's schedule and then 'just do it'!
