Identifying your ‘why’

Lesson 3

Now that you have a) the background information to start to gain back your control and b) some recipes to get started, c) all we need to do is put the foundational strategy in place to get the 'ball rolling' in the right direction. Right here, right now is a good place to start. 

Your task is to ask yourself one very important question. Why are you here? Why now? Why did you decide to click on this e-course? Once you have an answer for each. write them down. Then create your powerful statement of intention to start you on your path and reclaiming your energy. You've got this!
